Agricultural machinery

Spare gears for tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers and other agricultural equipment.

On agricultural machines, gear failures usually happen at the busiest time of the season. When the original spare part is unavailable or slow to arrive, making the broken gear from a sample can be the fastest way to get the machine running again.

Frequently made parts

  • Transmission and PTO gears
  • Bevel gears for angle gearboxes
  • Sprockets for combine harvesters, balers and seed drills
  • Drive gears for sprayers and fertiliser spreaders
  • Couplings and drive elements

Frequently asked questions

Can dimensions be taken from a broken gear?

If most of the part is intact, yes. We restore broken teeth using measurements taken from the intact ones. If parts are missing, details of the mating gear also help.

What material is used for agricultural machinery gears?

Depending on the load, alloy or case-hardening steels are usually used and the teeth are hardened. If you don't know the material of the original part, we will advise based on the operating conditions.
