By using the disliuretim.com website (the "Site") you accept the following terms. The Site is operated by Dişli Üretim under the "Dişli Üretim" brand.
1. Scope of the service
On the Site you can request quotes for custom gears and power transmission parts, view and approve quotes and track your orders. Production is carried out by our partner workshops; Dişli Üretim is your single point of contact.
2. Quote requests
Sending a quote request is free and places you under no obligation to buy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your request.
3. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid until the expiry date shown on them. When you approve a quote, an order is created; the price, lead time, payment terms and quote terms in the quote form part of the order. Production starts once the deposit is paid.
4. Technical information and liability
Production is based on the technical drawing, sample or dimensions you provide. Dişli Üretim cannot be held responsible for mismatches caused by errors in dimensions and terms you have approved. For production from samples, worn dimensions are restored to standard values.
5. Made-to-order production
The ordered parts are made to order according to the dimensions and requirements provided by the customer. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. Your statutory warranty rights and rights regarding defective goods are reserved.
6. Intellectual property
The technical drawings and files you send remain yours and are used only to assess and produce your request. Unauthorised use of the texts, logos and images on the Site is prohibited.
7. Account and link security
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. The quote and order links sent to your e-mail are personal and valid for a limited time; do not share them with others.
8. Changes
Dişli Üretim may update these terms when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
9. Governing law
Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your rights under consumer legislation for transactions made as a consumer are reserved.
