Privacy notice (KVKK)

As Dişli Üretim, we care about the security of your personal data. This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data processed through the disliuretim.com website and our communication channels.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, company name, phone, e-mail, city.
• Request details: part details, technical drawings, photos and other files you upload, your descriptions.
• Customer transactions: quote, order, payment and receipt details.
• Billing and delivery: billing name, optional Turkish ID number for individual invoices, tax office and number, billing and delivery address.
• Transaction security: IP address, date and time of consent, browser information, customer account password (stored encrypted).
• Marketing: how you reached the site (advertising and campaign parameters) and, with your permission, cookie data.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving and assessing your quote request and sending you a quote,
• Creating the order, planning production and handling payment and delivery,
• Issuing invoices and meeting legal retention obligations,
• Contacting you about the status of your request and order,
• Measuring service quality and analysing advertising and traffic sources,
• Sending commercial electronic messages about campaigns and news if you give explicit consent,
• Ensuring information security and using records as evidence in possible legal disputes.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation, it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Commercial electronic messages and non-essential cookies rely solely on your explicit consent.

5. How data is collected

Your personal data is collected electronically through the quote form, customer account, quote and order pages on our website and through channels such as e-mail, phone and WhatsApp.

6. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our hosting, e-mail and backup service providers, courier companies, accounting and financial advisory service providers and, on request, to authorised public authorities.

Only technical details and files are shared with our partner production workshops for the manufacture of your part. Your name, company, phone number, e-mail address and city are not shared with production workshops. If technical drawings contain identifying information such as a title block or logo, they are checked before sharing.

Google Analytics and Google Ads are used only if you allow them in your cookie preferences; the servers of these services may be located abroad.

7. Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation (for example, tax legislation); at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
